 1) Why did you choose A Level Media Studies?

I chose media A level media studies because it is easy to get higher grades and it is fun.

2) Did you take GCSE Media Studies (either here at Greenford or a different school)?
I did take GCSE Media Studies here in Greenford.

3) If you answered yes to Q2, what grade did you achieve in GCSE Media? What coursework task did you complete? What would you say your strengths and weaknesses were in GCSE Media?
The grade that I achieved in GCSE Media is a grade 7. The coursework task that I completed is about a healthy drink for a specific target audience. My strengths in Media is that I can apply the keywords and media theories that I have learned to an exam question. My weaknesses were that I needed time for longer questions to understand the questions and to write a good point and analysis for it. 

4) What grade do you hope to achieve in A Level Media?
The grade that I hope to achieve in A level Media is A/B.

5) What are your current thoughts about your next steps after A Levels - university,
 apprenticeship, work? 
My current thoughts about my next steps after A levels is university that could lead to a medical field such as nursing, physiotherapist or social worker.

6) What do you think the biggest MEDIA story of 2025 has been and why?
For me I think it's when the women footballers won the euros as their last win was on 2022.

7) What media sources do you use to find out about news and current affairs?
The media sources that I use to find out about news and current affairs are Google and YouTube.

8) What was the last film you watched?
The last film that I watched is A Dog's Purpose.

9) What is your favourite ever TV series?
My favourite ever TV series is Our Unwritten Seoul.

10) How many hours do you spend online in an average day? Is this too little, too much or about right? Why? (If you have an iPhone you can use Screen Time to get an accurate figure of how much you use your phone).
The hours that I spend online in an average day is around 8-9 hours. This is too much because I need to spend more time on my studies and less time on my phone.
